King Ranch, one of the most iconic names in U.S. agriculture, is a family-owned operation with holdings in Texas, California and Florida. Nationwide, King Ranch is listed as the 10th-largest private landowner in the U.S. and employs more than 1,500. In Florida, King Ranch is one largest producers of oranges, turf grass and sugar cane and has been actively involved in rural communities like Belle Glade, Indiantown, Immokalee and Arcadia for well over 20 years.

|SOMETHING SURPRISING||Over the last 12 months, I have hiked a section of the Appalachian Trail, kayaked both whitewater and flat water and have taken a class to certify me as a whitewater raft guide.|
|FLORIDA LOVE||In Florida, I can kayak mangrove forests or hike areas that look like they did 100 years ago. And for the most part, these places are within 30 minutes of most urban areas.|
