Norsworthy, who over the course of her career also has worked at Walt Disney World, Sea World and Royal Caribbean, has been at Universal for more than 12 years. She oversees all brand and retail marketing, trade and distribution programs as well as corporate communication and corporate partnerships for Universal. She led the launch campaigns for numerous attractions, the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Despicable Me Minion Mayhem, and Transformers: The Ride 3-D, along with supporting hotel and dining expansion in Orlando. She has been recognized by Advertising Age as one of America’s top 50 marketers and also been named one of the 100 most powerful women in travel three times by Travel Agent magazine. Norsworthy, a graduate of the University of Florida, serves on the national board of Big Brothers Big Sisters, the advisory board for the Eric Friedheim Tourism Institute at the University of Florida, and as vice chair for Brand USA.
