Firehouse Subs is one of the most successful restaurant chains in the country, with more than 1,100 locations in 46 states. Fox began his career in the restaurant industry at 16, scrubbing pots and pans in an Italian restaurant. “Many of the most valuable lessons I’ve learned were cultivated during the earliest years of my career. I never lose sight of what it was like to work my way up from the bottom of the career ladder and do my best to share those lessons and values with the people that I lead and mentor today,” he says.
