Jason Liberty

President & CEO, Royal Caribbean Group, Miami

Royal Caribbean Group consists of three global cruise brands: Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises and Silversea Cruises, as well as TUI Cruises and Hapag-Lloyd Cruises, of which it is a 50% owner. Its 60 ships carry more than 7.5 million guests a year to ports across the globe. Liberty joined the company in 2005 after working as a senior manager with accounting firm KPMG. At Royal Caribbean, he worked his way up the corporate ladder, starting as a vice president of audit and advisory services before moving into corporate strategy, revenue and planning. As CEO, he helped navigate the company through the COVID pandemic’s unprecedented challenges.
