AARON PODHURST
FOUNDER & PARTNER, PODHURST ORSECK, MIAMI
Podhurst and his late partner, Bobby Orseck, founded the firm in 1967. The 16-attorney practice has become a boutique trial and appellate firm that has taken on some of the most high-profile and complex cases in the country, including cases involving aircraft accidents and high-stakes class action and mass torts involving aviation, products liability, personal injury and wrongful death claims, as well as complex commercial litigation and white-collar defense. Podhurst says his career was launched when he was able to help settle a case involving multiple lawsuits over a 1972 airline crash in the Everglades. Recent notable cases involve Takata airbags and litigation involving NFL player concussions.
