Zack’s firm is nationally recognized, with a long history of public interest litigation, including Bush v. Gore; a same-sex marriage (Proposition 8) case that it won in the U.S. Supreme Court; and suits on behalf of the victims of Jeffrey Epstein. Zack’s previous firm, where he was managing partner, merged with Boies 20 years ago. The firm now has 16 offices and employs more than 400 people nationally and internationally. Zack was the first Hispanic president of the Florida Bar and then first Hispanic president of the American Bar Association.
