Paley’s practice specializes in limb-lengthening and correcting deformities. “We are the last hope for patients with complex orthopedic problems,” he says. The practice attracts patients from all over the world. Paley, who is fluent in six languages, says the institute has saved more than 5,000 children’s limbs from amputation in the past decade. He founded his current practice in 2009.
