Lutgert, who has lived and worked in Southwest Florida since 1970, says, “I’m proud of our efforts to support the underprivileged and at-risk children in Collier County.”
His company develops shopping centers, office buildings and residential buildings. Among his projects is Park Shore, where his companies have completed 17 luxury beachfront high-rises and six luxury high-rises in Bonita Bay.
The graduate of Sanford University (BA) and the University of Chicago (MBA) was one of the founders of the Naples Winter Wine Festival and has served on an array of boards in his community, from Florida Gulf Coast University to the Shelter for Abused Women and Children.
