BRIDG is a non-profit, public-private partnership providing semiconductor research and development and manufacturing capabilities to industry, government and academia. The organization has a state-of-the-art microelectronics fabrication facility at its NeoCity facility. BRIDG promotes high-tech job creation, economic growth and economic security. Sapp, who started his career as a process integration engineer at IBM’s Semiconductor Research and Development Center in Hopewell Junction, N.Y., has been CEO since 2020.
