With a staff of five, the Bush Foundation is one of Central Florida’s leading grant-making institutions, working at the intersection of business, government and non-profits, Odahowski says. “We fund work that business and government either cannot or will not fund.” Odahowski, who once worked in philanthropy in Minnesota, has been the CEO of the Bush Foundation for 30 years. The foundation is building a 16,000-sq.-ft. headquarters in Winter Park.
