Employing 25, it also serves as the steward of the countywide One-Community-One-Goal (OCOG) economic prosperity strategy. Finney, who has experience in the private sector, government and non-profit sectors, became CEO in 2017. “I am highly motivated by social impact business opportunities,” he says.
