The advocacy organization for businesses and employers turns 100 this year. AIF employs more than 50 employees and consultants promoting prosperity and economic growth in Florida. Feeney has been president and CEO for nine years. “When I decided to move after law school from Pennsylvania to Florida in 1983, I gave up political ambitions figuring Floridians would never vote for a transplanted Yankee. I get to Orlando, and almost everyone was a transplanted Yankee; I spent 18 years in the Legislature and Congress!” Feeney says.
