Raphael owned and operated a company for 15 years in the fashion industry in Miami. She sold that business and took over the leadership role at RCC after her husband, Richard Raphael, passed away in 1998. In business for 50 years, RCC Associates specializes in restaurant and hospitality projects. It has grown from $20 million in revenue to more than $100 million, with clients ranging from Harry Winston to Versace and the Cheesecake Factory, for whom RCC has completed over 75 projects nationally.
