Florida 500 Winner Badge -Terms & Conditions

The Florida Trend’s Florida 500 Honoree Badge (the “Badge”) is the licensed property of Trend Magazines, Inc. (the “Licensor”).

Qualified individuals named in the current year’s edition of Florida Trend’s Florida 500 TM, may purchase the right to use the Honoree Badge (as “Licensee”) subject to the restrictions and guidelines detailed below.

Licensee’s use of the Honoree Badge shall be only for the purpose of identifying Licensee as having been recognized as “Florida 500” for the current year; this use does not imply Trend Magazine’s endorsement of any product or service.

The Florida 500 Honoree Badge shall only be used in the licensed form and colors, without modifications or alterations. The Honoree Badge must include the current year, and the right to use the license must be purchased annually.

The Honoree Badge may be used in the following ways:

· Firm’s website

· Resume or curriculum vitae

· Business cards and professional announcements

· Footer of email messages from the Florida 500 honoree

· Print or online marketing

· Marketing brochures

· Print and online statements

· Social media websites

· Radio / Television

As Licensor, Trend Magazines will exercise its right to monitor all mentions of the Florida 500 designation and honorees. If any such references are found to be inaccurate, misleading or unacceptable, Trend Magazines will notify the individual or firm involved so that the references may be immediately removed, changed or corrected.

These guidelines are subject to change without notice, and Trend Magazines may withdraw or change these guidelines at any time and for any reason.

Florida 500 and Florida Trend’s Florida 500 are registered trademarks of Trend Magazines, Inc. The names, logos and Honoree Badge are protected under the trademark, copyright and fair use laws of the United States of America. Any use of name, including in electronic form, must be made only by permission and under the guidelines of Trend Magazines, Inc.
