Cushman & Wakefield is one of three big global commercial real estate services firms and boasts of being the largest commercial real estate services firm in Florida. Richey, a lawyer and a CPA, oversees Cushman’s 800 employees working in Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville, Miami, West Palm Beach, Boca Raton and Fort Lauderdale. Richey serves on boards with the Tampa Hillsborough Economic Development Council and Tampa Bay Partnership Transportation Task Force. He was founding president of the Central Florida Real Estate Society and served with the Downtown Orlando Partnership. A Florida State University alumnus, Richey is on the College of Business and Real Estate Executive Board.
