Kratz, with Colliers since 2011, was in the financial services industry before earning an MBA in his late 20s and switching to commercial real estate. An international real estate firm, Colliers has 10 offices in Florida. Kratz’s philanthropic passion, he says, is the United Way — “so integral to communities, families and children that it serves a vital purpose in our region.” He’s visited 91 countries.
