Since 2019, Duran has led Endeavor Miami, the local affiliate office of Endeavor, a global nonprofit organization focused on empowering entrepreneurship. Her team of 13 provides business support, mentorship and access to capital and strategic resources. Endeavor Miami’s entrepreneurs have generated more than $1 billion in annual revenues and employed more than 7,000 people. This year Duran expanded her oversight to the organization’s North American offices.

IF I WERE GOVERNOR: My top priority would be to address the housing crisis by investing in creating affordable homes and implementing policies that benefit our communities.
MENTOR: Ernest Bachrach, our chairman of the board at Endeavor Miami. He’s been guiding me since day one. He has extensive experience in private equity and supporting companies in developing growth strategies.
