Daniel Cane

Co-Founder & CEO, ModMed, Boca Raton

In 2010, Cane co-founded ModMed, which specializes in cloud-based software for electronic health records and practice management. It has developed products for allergy, dermatology, gastroenterology, OBGYN, ophthalmology, orthopedics, otolaryngology, pain management, plastic surgery, podiatry and urology practices. ModMed has more than 1,700 employees. Cane helped create the Cane Institute of Advanced Technology at A.D. Henderson/FAU High School, a program that provides opportunities to students in STEM fields.
