RANDY F. BRADLEY
VICE PRESIDENT & SITE LEADER, NORTHROP GRUMMAN, ST. AUGUSTINE
The fifth-largest contractor of the federal government, Northrop Grumman designs and manufactures systems for aeronautics, defense and space. Ranking 110th on the Fortune 500 list, it's also one of the biggest manufacturers in Florida. It employs nearly 8,000 workers in 3 million square feet of manufacturing, engineering and office space at 17 sites across the state, most notably in St. Augustine, Melbourne, Orlando, Apopka and Kennedy Space Center. In Florida, it designs and manufactures aircraft; battle management systems; rocket boosters for NASA; and modeling, simulation and immersive training environments for the U.S. military. A Marine Corps veteran with more than 30 years of military and aerospace experience, Bradley leads the 150-acre St. Augustine operation, a tightly secured compound on U.S. 1 that produces, modifies and overhauls military aircraft and subassemblies, most notably for the Air Force's B-2 stealth bomber. He's also engaged with the St. Augustine community, serving on the advisory board for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Northwest Florida and maintaining an advisory role for the St. Johns Chamber of Commerce.
