MIKE DASTOOR

CEO & DIRECTOR, JABIL, ST. PETERSBURG

Dastoor has spent more than two decades helping shape one of the Tampa Bay region's largest global companies. Dastoor joined Jabil in 2000 and rose through a series of financial and operational leadership roles before serving as chief financial officer from 2018 to 2024. He became CEO in May 2024 and joined Jabil's board later that year. Dastoor holds a degree in finance and accounting from the University of Bombay, now the University of Mumbai, and is a chartered accountant through the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. His board experience extends beyond Jabil: He has served as a director of Columbus McKinnon since 2021 and is a member of its audit committee. Dastoor now leads Jabil as it navigates a rapidly changing manufacturing landscape, from the reshoring of production to growing demand for advanced technology and more resilient supply chains. With Jabil employing thousands in the Tampa Bay area, his decisions carry weight well beyond the company's St. Petersburg headquarters.
