Bo Boulenger

President & CEO, Baptist Health South Florida, Coral Gables

Baptist Health is the region’s largest not-for-profit health care system with a workforce of more than 27,000 employees and more than 4,000 affiliated physicians. It includes 12 hospitals; internationally renowned institutes in cancer, heart and vascular, brain and spine, and orthopedic care; and more than 200 outpatient facilities and physician practices spanning four counties. Boulenger has been president and CEO since 2022. He began his career with Baptist Health in 1985.

MENTOR: My dad. He was a hospital administrator, and I knew I wanted to follow in his footsteps. I often think of the lessons he taught me.

INSPIRING FLORIDIAN: Florida International University President Ken Jessell is a visionary leader, and I’m looking forward to continuing to work closely with him. Our newly established clinical and academic affiliation with the Florida International University Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine will play a crucial role in driving research and educational advancements that will benefit our community.
