Peter Menziuso

Company Group Chairman, Johnson & Johnson Vision, Jacksonville

Menziuso has spent more than 30 years with Johnson & Johnson, mostly in eye health. Prior to his appointment as company group chairman, he was worldwide president for the company’s Vision Care division and also served as U.S. president of the division. In his current role, he leads Johnson & Johnson Vision with more than 10,000 employees globally and more than 3,000 based at the company’s Jacksonville headquarters. He has served on the board of directors for the Northeast Florida Juvenile Diabetes Association and is a longtime advocate of Operation Smile and J&J Vision’s Sight for Kids program. “We largely intuit life through sight,” he says. “It’s how we learn, engage, connect. Across my career with Johnson & Johnson, what has fueled me has been the transformational effect we have on people’s lives on such a large scale — that focus continues.”
