HEATHER HOYTINK

PRESIDENT, SOUTH DIVISION, PEPSICO BEVERAGES NORTH AMERICA, ORLANDO

During nearly two decades with PepsiCo, Hoytink has held various sales and operating leadership roles across the country. She currently leads about 16,000 employees across 100 locations in 13 states in the beverage company’s Southeast region. As the first woman to be a division president at PepsiCo U.S. Beverages, she has pioneered initiatives such as Pepsico’s “Returnship” program, which helps to create more opportunities for professionals to return to the workforce after taking time off for caregiving while enhancing PepsiCo’s pipeline of future leaders.

EDUCATION: University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire (BS), Dartmouth Tuck School of Business and Harvard Business School (continuing education programs)

FIRST JOB: Detasseling corn in rural Wisconsin while in high school. It was tough work, but I loved every minute of it, being outside and learning the value of hard work.

DREAM ALTERNATE CAREER: I’d love to be a travel writer and help inspire others to explore different cities and cultures.

INDUSTRY TREND: More than ever, consumers are looking for convenient and great-tasting options that fit their lifestyles and respond to their growing interest in health and wellness.

HOBBY
“I’m a big Packers fan and shareholder. Growing up, heading to Lambeau Field to watch the game was a cherished tradition, and it’s been amazing to pass this fandom down to my children.”
