FIRST JOB: While growing up in the United Kingdom, I developed a strong passion for working with computers. I loved taking them apart and rebuilding them. … At the age of 15, I left school to seek a job in the computer field. After applying for countless positions, I finally landed my first professional IT job at the age of 16 years old.
HOBBY: My wife and I are known for taking on do-it-yourself projects at home. After a major storm, we repaved our driveway and backyard area ourselves. It was a massive project, but we worked together and got it done.
INDUSTRY TREND: While many cybersecurity professionals view AI as a powerful tool to enhance their defenses, it’s a double-edged sword. AI can be used by cybercriminals to create sophisticated malware that often slips through traditional defenses unnoticed. This highlights the critical need for Zero Trust solutions. With Zero Trust, access is restricted by default, ensuring that even undetected AI-generated threats can’t gain a foothold.
