After founding and selling Stax Payments, Madhani and her brother launched Worth in 2024 to fix a massive gap in financial services — onboarding small businesses. Worth’s platform uses AI to instantly verify and underwrite businesses with just a name, address and tax ID. “My vision is to turn all of this data into the new standard for business credit: the Worth Score,” she says. Through CEO School and the Millionaire Founders Club, she mentors female entrepreneurs to “break ceilings and scale with confidence.” She also serves on boards and advisory groups like Inc. Female Founders to expand access, capital and community for women leaders.

EDUCATION: University of Florida (BS)

FIRST JOB: Working at my parents’ convenience store. I did it all, from stocking shelves to cleaning up graffiti and helping run payroll. One summer, I even wore a giant chicken suit to hand out balloons to kids.

DREAM ALTERNATE CAREER: I’d be a talk show host, no question. I love media, storytelling, and creating platforms for powerful conversations. My dream is to host a show centered on women in business. I’d also run a portfolio of companies, which I’m well on my way to building!
