Comcast’s platforms deliver broadband, mobile service and entertainment to customers across wide swaths of the state. Buzzelli has led the Florida region since July 2023, overseeing 2,700 employees. He’s dedicated time to Junior Achievement’s board of directors, the American Heart Association, United Way and Five Star Veterans. “I’m proud to foster strong employee engagement in my organization and help my team members grow their careers,” he says. “It brings me joy to see them advance to major leadership roles across the company.”

FIRST JOB: At 11, I delivered 150 newspapers on a walking route each morning for The Daily Herald in suburban Chicago.

DREAM ALTERNATE CAREER: Professional golfer

HOBBY: I love gardening and have a bit of a green thumb. I personally designed the landscapes at my last three homes and really enjoyed creating a relaxing oasis to return to after a long week.

NONPROFIT PASSION: I’m passionate about the American Heart Association. My wife Cindy underwent lifesaving open-heart surgery a few years ago. She’s my everything, my rock. I can’t imagine a world without her.

INDUSTRY TREND: The rapid acceleration of technology in areas like streaming, AI and cloud computing. All of these factors increase demand for bandwidth and fast, reliable connectivity.
