Clint Richardson

Vice President, Deseret Ranches of Florida, St. Cloud

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is Florida’s largest private landowner, with 626,600 acres belonging to its investment auxiliary Farmland Reserve. Richardson oversees a big chunk of that — the church’s 295,000-acre Deseret Ranch in Orange, Osceola and Brevard counties. In addition to its core cattle operations, the ranch, which has been operating since 1950, grows citrus and sod and manages wildlife. Richardson has been with the company for more than a quarter of a century and is active in several cattlemen’s associations at the state and federal levels.
