STACEY ALLASTER

CHIEF EXECUTIVE, PROFESSIONAL TENNIS & U.S. OPEN TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR, UNITED STATES TENNIS ASSOCIATION, ORLANDO

A tennis player since she was 12, Allaster has been with the USTA for eight years. It’s the not-for-profit governing body of tennis with a mission to promote and grow the sport at every level. Employing 500 people, it provides grants, tennis and education programs to benefit under-resourced youth. It owns and operates the U.S. Open. With 100 courts, USTA’s national campus in Lake Nona is the largest tennis facility in the world. It’s home to University of Central Florida’s team and operates more than 400 events per year with 20,000-plus participants. Allaster has spent her career focused on growing professional tennis on an international and North American level while advocating for equity and equal prize money for female athletes in tennis alongside paving a path to the C-suite that other women can follow.
