HNTB provides design, engineering, program management, and consulting services for transportation agencies, airports, localities and construction contractors across the country. Kigel has been with HNTB for more than six years. As chair of the Florida Polytechnic University Board of Trustees, she also helps guide the growth of Florida’s only public STEM university. She has served on the Florida Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors since 2019.
