DAILY RITUAL: I begin each day reviewing priorities, industry developments and operational metrics. Staying engaged with stakeholders, maintaining a disciplined schedule and focusing on continuous learning help me remain effective. I also make time for family, reflection and professional development to maintain perspective and balance.
IN MY DOWNTIME: Many people know me through my professional work, but I enjoy studying history, leadership and public policy. I also appreciate spending time outdoors and exploring how communities can use innovation and strategic planning to create lasting economic opportunities.
