Webb has spent more than 30 years at PortMiami, starting as an intern, running advertising and public relations, cruise and business development and serving as deputy director before being appointed the port’s first woman CEO in 2022. The port handled a record 8.2 million cruise passengers last year and handled 7.26 million tons of cargo and claims $61.4 billion in annual economic impact. Webb serves on numerous economic development and business boards, including the Cruise Line Industry Association, the World Travel and Tourism Council, the American Association of Port Authorities, the Greater Miami Convention and Visitors Bureau, the Greater Miami and the Beaches Hotel Association and the Beacon Council. She holds a bachelor’s degree in education from the University of Florida.
