Kigel has been with HNTB for five years. HNTB does design, engineering, program management and consulting work for transportation agencies, airports, localities and construction contractors nationally. The company employs more than 6,200 people nationwide and nearly 800 in Florida. Kigel is passionate about education, mentoring students, and connecting students with careers and has developed and launched programs exposing students to real-life experiences. She has served on various Florida university boards for the past several years.
