FleetForce Truck Driving School is the largest Commercial Driver License (CDL) training provider in Florida, with 10 locations from Fort Lauderdale to the Panhandle. Partnering with state and technical colleges, FleetForce helped Florida set a record in 2023 for the most CDL drivers ever licensed. FleetForce’s mission is to empower drivers, strengthen companies and build communities.

IF I WERE GOVERNOR: The first item on my agenda would be developing a support network and incentive-based pathway for aspiring Florida entrepreneurs to convert their ambition into action. As the nation’s fastest-growing state, we need a robust and thriving new business startup community to ensure a level economic playing field and strong market competition.

MENTOR: My grandfather taught me the importance of doing what you say you’re going to do and recognizing that the right thing is usually the hardest thing to do.

READING: The Alchemist, by Brazilian author Paulo Coelho, is an amazing story that metaphorically reveals how the treasures we seek are within us.

WHAT I’VE LEARNED: There is no formula for success, just a willingness to fight for what you want and a goal to be reached. Your only limits are the size of your dreams and the degree of your dedication.
