Justin Papadakis

The United Soccer League is the largest professional soccer organization in North America and includes three professional leagues: USL Championship (men), USL League One (men) and USL Super League (women), which was set to begin in August 2024. The USL also is the first soccer organization to build a complete youth-to-professional pathway for both men and women within one ecosystem. The USL league office in Tampa has nearly 100 employees and oversees a national network of clubs across more than 200 communities in the United States. Since joining the USL in 2014, Papadakis has led USL’s expansion efforts, bringing professional soccer to more than 20 new markets across the country. Papadakis has led a surge in soccer-specific and mixed-use stadium developments that anchor live, work and play projects and drive economic growth.
