CAROLINE O’CONNOR

PRESIDENT OF BUSINESS OPERATIONS, MIAMI MARLINS, MIAMI

O’Connor joined the Marlins in 2017 and worked her way up the ranks. In 2022, she became just the second woman ever to serve as president of a major league baseball team. She has helped spearhead the Marlins’ investment in improving baseball facilities in South Florida and the Dominican Republic, and is credited with successful philanthropic and community outreach efforts. She’s also vice president of the board of directors for the Parks Foundation of Miami-Dade. A high school athlete, she spent five years as managing director at Morgan Stanley and six years as director at UBS Investment Bank before joining the Marlins.
