A growing mini golf chain, PopStroke launched its first location in Port St. Lucie in 2019. Today it's one of the fastest-growing concepts in the broader golf-adjacent entertainment space, with 21 locations in seven states. Locations include Daytona Beach, Orlando, Sarasota, Tampa, West Palm Beach, Las Vegas, Dallas, Nashville and Austin. Bartoli started his career on Wall Street in 1999 and was a bond trader at J.P. Morgan from 2006 to 2013. His companies operate in the areas of real estate, hospitality, family entertainment, restaurants and technology. Bartoli hopes to have 50 PopStroke locations by the end of 2028. He told Forbes that he sees the potential for as many as 250 U.S. locations.
