Singh has led Chewy, a pet food and products retailer launched in 2011, as CEO since 2018. With its renewed focus on innovation and customer experience, Chewy’s revenue nearly tripled under Singh’s guidance to become a Fortune 500 company by 2021. The company now has 115,000 products, 20,000 team members, 9 million square feet of warehouses and 3,500-plus brands in more than 15 states. Chewy boasted $11.15 billion in net sales in fiscal year 2023 with 20.1 million customers. Singh was named to Bloomberg Businessweek’s 2020 “Bloomberg 50” list and earned a spot on the National Retail Federation Foundation’s 2022 List of People Shaping Retail’s Future. Before joining Chewy, he worked for Amazon and Dell for a combined 14 years.
