The ODP Corp. is an office-supply holding company employing more than 20,000 associates in 1,100 retail stores, e-commerce sites and other sales operations nationwide. The company's portfolio of brands includes Office Depot, OfficeMax and other retail and service outlets, reporting total sales of $7.8 billion in 2023. The company is also active in philanthropy and supporting startups, recently partnering with Dun & Bradstreet to create a program that offers business owners credit, marketing, data, creative and advertising services. Smith previously served as executive vice president and chief operating officer of Lenovo Group Limited until being named CEO of ODP Corp. in 2017.
