Approaching its 100-year anniversary in 2023, the municipal utility serves 400,000-plus accounts throughout Orlando, St. Cloud and unincorporated Orange and Osceola counties. OUC has committed $420 million to solar technology, $90 million to energy storage and $45 million to vehicle electrification programs. The utility also committed $12.1 million to customer aid during the COVID-19 pandemic. Bullock began his career with OUC in as an intern while attending college, worked in departments throughout the company and became CEO in 2018.
