EDUCATION: University of Central Florida (BSBA), Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College (MBA)
FIRST JOB: Picking grapefruit for a neighbor down the street — one paper grocery bagful for a dollar. … I also mowed neighbors’ lawns and later started working at Publix.
DREAM ALTERNATE CAREER: I’d love to be a professional athlete. Basketball is one of my favorite sports, so I would choose to be a professional basketball player.
HOBBIES: I love being around the water, going out boating and spending time at the beach. When I’m not outdoors, I also enjoy cooking. Anything pasta is my favorite.
NONPROFIT PASSION: Ronald McDonald House Charities holds a special place in my heart. I was on the organization’s board of directors for 10 years, three as board chair.
