DAILY RITUAL: I focus on consistency — eating a healthy diet, exercise, rest and staying connected with my family. Ensuring a healthy balance helps me stay grounded and maintain perspective, which is important in a role where decisions impact both our employees and the communities we serve.

PERSONAL RESET: I try to step back and keep perspective, being willing to adapt or shift strategies. Living in Florida, time around the water — whether it's a lake, the ocean or just being outdoors enjoying a walk — gives me space to reflect, reset and return focused on the bigger picture.
