EDUCATION: University of Calgary (BA), Bentley University (MBA)

NOTABLE TREND: Rapid growth in electricity demand is reshaping the energy industry. Natural gas supports everyday energy needs and becomes even more critical in Florida during severe weather, when outages are more likely. Balancing rising demand, system reliability and customer expectations around affordability is a central industry challenge.

GIVING BACK: I serve as executive chair of the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer movement for Tampa Bay and have worked with Florida CEOs Against Cancer and MSABC for five years. Peoples Gas teams participate in MSABC walks statewide and support the Fit2Be step challenge because we're all in against cancer!

IN MY DOWNTIME
“I love creating flower arrangements and any other creative pursuit I don't get to do often enough. I also like singing out loud at the top of my lungs (when the house is empty).”
