EDUCATION: Purdue University (BS), Indiana University (MHA)
FIRST JOB: My first job was working at a marina. It was exciting and hands-on as you are outdoors, helping boaters dock, fueling boats and handling ropes.
MENTEE IMPACT: I participated at the Old Masters event at Purdue — my alma mater — where I had individualized time with six students and talked about my career path in health care administration. One of those students sent me a letter afterwards and shared they were so taken with what they heard they completely changed their career trajectory to pursue health care administration. I was floored! It is truly inspiring to see the mark you can leave on others.
HOBBY: One of my favorite hobbies is photography, especially capturing candid moments of my kids. Time goes by so quickly, and taking photos helps me freeze those little memories — silly faces, quiet moments, everyday adventures.
