Yadley has spent 30 years at the century-old law firm, working with everything from small business and nonprofits to health care providers and Fortune 500 companies. He chairs the annual Federal Securities Institute and served as secretary of the SEC’s Small Business Capital Formation Advisory Committee. Yadley, who earned his law degree from George Washington University, previously led the Florida Bar’s Business Law Section and has taught at the University of Florida’s Levin College of Law. He also is a principal contributor to The Florida Bar Corporate Practice Manual. Yadley treats philanthropy as a “cornerstone” of his personal and professional practice and says he is “honored to help entrepreneurs incorporate philanthropy as part of their long-term business plans.”
