KEN GRINER

PRESIDENT, USHER LAND & TIMBER, CHIEFLAND

From conception to consumption, Griner knows everything there is to know about cattle. He heads the beef side of the family-owned company Usher Land & Timber alongside his son, Korey, the pair managing a cow-calf operation with around 850 heifers. They also participate in the seedstock industry, aiming to breed calves with high-quality genetics suited for the North Florida climate. Among his recognitions, Griner was named an Outstanding Rancher and Leader by Farm Credit of Florida and the Florida Cattlemen’s Association in 2016. He also was appointed president of the Florida Cattlemen’s Association in 2017.
