Rebecca Fishman Lipsey

The Miami Foundation is a $350-million philanthropic institution focused on strengthening Miami. Lipsey began her career as a public school teacher and became the youngest person ever to serve a four-year term on the Florida Board of Education. She started Radical Partners as a social-impact accelerator that incubates ventures that solve civic and community challenges, ranging from sea-level rise to educational equity and took over leadership of the Miami Foundation last year.
