LARRY ANTONUCCI

PRESIDENT & CEO, LEE HEALTH, FORT MYERS

With four adult hospitals and a standalone children’s hospital, Lee Health is the leading health care provider in Southwest Florida, servicing a five-county region. It employs over 17,000 and has an affiliated medical staff of 2,500 health care providers. Antonucci has been on the Lee Health medical staff for four decades. For the first 24 years, he practiced obstetrics and gynecology. He’s worked in hospital administration at Lee Health for the past 17 years and has served as CEO since 2017. He recently joined the Florida Gulf Coast University Board of Trustees.

FIRST JOB: I had a swimming pool maintenance route while in college.
