PRESIDENT & CEO, PARTNERS IN ASSOCIATION MANAGEMENT, TALLAHASSSEE
Napier runs a for-profit company, but all of his clients are non-profit organizations, including trade associations, professional societies, certification/standards developers and foundations. His work on behalf of clients, he says, “helps change society (hopefully for the better) little by little each day.”
He serves on the board of the Big Bend Hospice, which helped when his father was terminal with cancer.
|EDUCATION||University of North Carolina, Charlotte (BA), Florida State University (MS)|
|SOMETHING SURPRISING||I used to drag race cars in high school. I was also an Eagle Scout.|
|FLORIDA ISSUE||Health care in general. From the senior population and access to resources; change in the landscape of the supply chain (non-profit vs. for-profit entities) and the nursing shortage. We have our fair share of challenges, and in less than 10 years we will reach a tipping point.|
|ALTERNATE CAREER?||My childhood dream was to go into Navy intelligence and then work for the CIA.|
