Established in 1924, United Way Miami is one of the leading and longest standing nonprofits in Miami-Dade County. Hudson has served as president and CEO since 2022, overseeing a team of more than 230. Before that, she was president and CEO for Chapman Partnership, a local nonprofit that provides comprehensive services to empower the homeless population to become self-sufficient. Before moving to Miami and into the nonprofit sector, Hudson was based in London, England as president of global franchises and head of research and development for ConvaTec, a $1.8-billion medical technology company. She serves on the board of the Miami-Dade Beacon Council, the Orange Bowl Committee and several other organizations. She’s also an avid runner and has completed more than a dozen Chicago marathons.
