KATHLEEN THOMAS-BECK

Thomas-Beck is responsible for client services and strategic growth efforts across nine offices with more than 1,000 employees. RSM is a global firm providing assurance, tax, and consulting services. Thomas-Beck leads efforts in developing Florida’s location strategy, including startup locations, acquisitions, mergers, and relocations. Under her leadership, RSM’s Florida market has quadrupled in size. A Florida native and University of Central Florida graduate with a bachelor’s degree in accounting, Thomas-Beck began her career in 1988 and joined RSM in 2005 through a merger. She has contributed many volunteer hours to Florida communities over the last 10 years and currently serves on the Florida Chamber Board of Directors.
