Kaufman Rossin is the largest independent CPA/advisory firm in Florida and one of the top 100 firms in the U.S. With nearly 700 employees, it has served businesses and high-net-worth individuals for over 60 years, providing traditional accounting, audit and tax services plus a range of consulting services. Heckaman joined the firm in 1984 and became CEO in 2012. He’s been involved with the nonprofit Voices For Children for more than 20 years.

FIRST JOB: I helped with farm chores as a young teenager.

DREAM ALTERNATE CAREER: I would have played professional basketball and then coached a championship team.
