BRETT BEVERIDGE
FOUNDER & CEO, THE REVENUE OPTIMIZATION COMPANIES (T-ROC GLOBAL), CORAL GABLES
At 23 years old, Beveridge and a friend started selling cell phones — a new technology at the time — from a van in parking lots. Their makeshift enterprise grew into Let’s Talk Cellular & Wireless, the largest independent wireless retailer in the U.S. with nearly 300 stores nationwide. The company went public and was eventually sold to Nextel. In 2000, Beveridge founded T-ROC, a retail-managed service provider that supports companies in navigating today's shopping experience. The company now has 9,000 employees and nearly 20,000 partners across the Americas. Beveridge has served on the board of Big Brothers Big Sisters Miami for more than 15 years and is a senior member of the Orange Bowl Committee.
